• Exit 36 from the Long Island Expressway (495)
• Travel north on Searingtown Rd. toward Port Washington
• Cross Northern Blvd. (Route 25A)
• Searingtown Rd. becomes Port Washington Blvd.
(Route 101)
• Travel 3/4 mile, passing St. Francis Hospital on left
• After Oak Tree Ln. on left, look for left turn opening in median just past the Elderfields entrance on left
• Make U-turn
• Elderfields entrance will be on right side
From the North
• Take Port Washington Blvd. south toward Northern Blvd.
• After the intersection of Port Washington Blvd. and Bonnie Heights Rd.,
Elderfields is approximately 1/2 mile on right
