– Your own 9’x6′ space that may be personalized with your furniture, artwork & supplies<\/p>\n

– Includes a private, large locked closet to secure items<\/p>\n

– Access to a flammables closet<\/p>\n

– Building is equipped with both security and fire alarms<\/p>\n

STUDIO SPACE\n<\/strong>We have one space available!<\/em><\/h3>\n
There is an approx. 9' x 6' space available in the front room (southern exposure). It is $225 per month (one year contract required). Please call us (516-304-5797) for full details and to arrange to see the space.<\/div>\n

All studios are on the second floor of Elderfields and are open plan (studios do not lock, though each studio does have a locked closet to secure items.)<\/div>\n
There are three bathrooms on the second floor, a flammables closet, and the building is equipped with both security and fire alarms.\n
