In the event that a class is full, we will have a waiting list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Registration and placement in The Art Guild classes is on a first come, first served basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Registration is valid only with payment in full.<\/span><span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>STUDENT CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><br \/><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Registration cancellations made two or <em>more<\/em> weeks prior to the start of class will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Registration cancellations made <em>less<\/em> than two weeks prior to the start of class will incur a 50% cancellation fee.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Absolutely no refunds after the first class of a session.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Membership is non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CLASS CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Due to insufficient registration, or for any other reason, a semester of classes may be canceled. If this does occur, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Art Guild reserves the right to cancel a class due to unsafe weather conditions, building conditions, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If this does occur, you will be notified. In the event that a workshop is full, we will have a waiting list.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Registration and placement in The Art Guild workshops is on a first-come, first served basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Full tuition is due 3 weeks prior to the start of the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>CANCELLATIONS BY THE ART GUILD<\/strong><br \/><span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>The Art Guild reserves the right to cancel a workshop due to insufficient registration or for any reason. If this does occur, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued in the original form of payment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>The Art Guild will be closed during inclement weather based on the decision of The Art Guild. We will do our best to reschedule when possible. If the workshop cannot run due to unsafe weather conditions, building conditions, instructor illness or other unforeseen circumstances, full refunds will be made.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b><strong>CANCELLATIONS BY THE STUDENT<\/strong><\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">more than 30 days: receive a full refund. in the original form of payment<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">Under 30 days: $50 cancellation fee<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Tuition is non-refundable within 14 days of the start of the workshop.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>WORKSHOPS WITH OUT OF STATE INSTRUCTORS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b><span class=\"size11 Helvetica11\">Cancellations by the student<\/span>\u00a0<\/b><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">\u2013 Due to travel arrangements for out of state instructors, the cancellation policy for these workshops is:<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">Tuition in full must be paid at least 45 days before the start of the workshop.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">If you cancel more than 45 days before the start of this workshop, The Art Guild will retain a $50 non-refundable registration fee.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">If you cancel 45 days or less before the start, your entire tuition is forfeited.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">There are no refunds for no-shows or for withdrawal after a workshop begins.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\"><strong>OTHER POLICIES<\/strong><\/span><\/em><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\"><strong><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"size10 Helvetica10\">The Art Guild may use photographs or videos that include you or your children for publicity or marketing purposes unless you deny permission in writing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_tab][et_pb_tab title=&#8221;Camp Policies&#8221; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.5&#8243; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<p><strong>REGISTRATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-registration is strongly recommended for all camps.
