Susanne Corbelletta is a New York native and classically trained artist. \u00a0She studied with Alma Gallanos Stevenson at The Stevenson Academy of Traditional Painting in\u00a0Sea Cliff, N.Y. \u00a0The founder, Harold Stevenson, was prot\u00e9g\u00e9 and friend of Norman Rockwell. \u00a0Her award-winning paintings are privately collected and widely exhibited. \u00a0In New York, her work has been\u00a0shown at\u00a0the National Gallery and the Salmagundi Art Club, both in Manhattan,\u00a0Guild Hall in East Hampton, the Water Mill Museum in\u00a0Water Mill, and\u00a0the East End Classic Boat Society in Amagansett.<\/span><\/p>\n

Her work has also been exhibited at the Museum of Arts and Sciences in Daytona Fla., and Coos History Museum in Coos Bay, Ore.\u00a0 In addition to solo shows, she has exhibited in a number of juried landscape and portrait shows. Susanne is a Board Member of The Art Guild in Port Washington, N.Y. and a member of the Southampton Artists Association in Southampton, N.Y. \u00a0She is most proud of her work as a U.S. Coast Guard artist.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.18.7″]

The class will sample and experiment with various materials which may include graphite, pen and ink, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, charcoal, markers, mixed media collage, and a group project at the discretion of the instructor.\n\nThis is a perfect class for a beginning artist or one who feels \"rusty.\" Please bring your enthusiasm, an open mind, an 18 x 24 drawing pad (NOT newsprint), 2B, 4B, 6B, 8B pencils, and a kneaded eraser to first class.
