Landscape art captures more than just a view <\/em>
of the outdoors. It also depicts the mood and <\/em>
atmosphere of the environment to which we <\/em>
all respond. It portrays the artist\u2019s feelings in <\/em>
response to that moment. Show us what you\u2019ve <\/em>
observed and your reaction to that experience <\/em>
through your artwork. <\/em>
Artists age 18 and older are invited to submit <\/em>

Please be aware that the digital images you send should look as good as they possibly can. These will be the images that will be will be reviewed by our curators and <\/em><\/i>displayed in our online gallery. FINALISTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Selection Committee will review all entries and notify each artist as to the acceptance of the submitted work. High school students will be reviewed and judged separately. The Art Guild has the right, in its sole discretion, to choose which eligible entries will be accepted to be exhibited. All decisions are final. Artists whose work has been selected will be notified after March 23, either by email OR on our website.<\/p>\n

If your artwork is selected, framing of your work must comply with the above OR IT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.<\/p>\n

Frame size must not exceed 36\u201d on the longest side and wired securely for
hanging with screw eyes or D-rings to the frame, NOT the backboard. No sawtooth hangers, tape, string, or gallery wraps. We can wire for you for a $10 fee.<\/p>\n

Work must be labeled with the title, artist\u2019s name, street address, phone number, and email.<\/p>[\/et_pb_accordion_item][et_pb_accordion_item title=”SELLING YOUR ARTWORK” _builder_version=”4.18.0″ global_colors_info=”{}” open=”off”]

Artwork may be sold directly by the artist with a suggested donation of 20% of the selling price from the artist to The Art Guild. Note, however, that sales may not be made at the exhibition<\/i>.<\/p>\n
