Deadline 2\/1\/2011"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/theartguild.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/2011_STILL_LIFE_Show_form_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">2011 STILL LIFE Show Prospectus<\/a><\/p>\n<p>The Art Guild invites all artists, 18 years and older (high school students ages 14-18 years may enter in the student category), to submit 2D artwork of a still life executed in oil paint, pastel, ink, water based paints or mixed media for consideration for \u201cContemplating Still Life: The Art of Everyday Objects\u201d, a juried art Competition and Exhibition. All work must be original and done by hand. No mechanical reproductions, Giclees or photography. The selection committee\u2019s decision is final. Please submit your creative interpretations of still life subjects.<\/p>\n<p>Works to be included in this exhibition must be available from February 15 to March 20, 2011.<br \/>\n<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>JUROR<\/strong><br \/>\nMarc Josloff, Long Island award-winning artist and arts instructor.
