2013 NASSAU COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP
The Art Guild is pleased to announce our
Third Annual Nassau County High School Senior Scholarship
Four $300 scholarships will be awarded to four 2013 graduating seniors who attend high school in Nassau County. Scholarships will be awarded to students who will pursue the visual arts following their high school graduation, and who have demonstrated their commitment to any of the visual arts. This includes but is not limited to: drawing, painting, sculpture, fashion design, set design and photography.
Students who apply MUST be graduating seniors and attend high school in Nassau County. All sections of this application must be completed and postmarked by April 15, 2013. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Award recipients will be selected by The Art Guild. All decisions are final.

As the area’s only community visual arts center, The Art Guild serves as a hub for artists, students and families. providing online. Our programming includes:

Visiting Artist Workshop Series
The Art Guild also offers free annual community events for children and adults including Art in the Park at Harborfest in Port Washington and CreARTive on the grounds at Elderfields Preserve.
During these uncertain times it is all the more important for people to be able to practice mindfulness through creativity. While our doors are closed, The Art Guild remains open.
